Shipping & Orders -

How long does shipping take?
Shipping will only be conducted during weekdays and it take 2-3 working days for VIC, NSW, SA and NCT. 3-5 working days for WA, TAS, QLD and NT. Orders placed before 10am will be shipped out on the day.

 

How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order via the tracking number on your email invoice, or through your account on the nekocards.com.au website. If you have any difficulty, please contact one of our team members directly at (03) 9650 6356 or info@nekocards.com.au.

 

I’m an international customer. Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, we only ship within Australia. For international enquiries, please email info@nekocards.com.au. We might be able to work something out.

 

How can I add an item to my order once it’s been processed?
We understand that sometimes you may want to add more Nekocards goodies to your order; however. once an order is submitted, we’re unable to change it – even if it’s still processing. If you’d like to purchase more items, we recommend placing a separate order.

 

What payment methods do you take?
We take Bank Transfer and Paypal.

 

What do I do if I need a refund or exchange?

What card games does Nekocards have?

Our most popular card game is Cardfight Vanguard. We also have Weiss Schwarz to satisfy your anime needs, Force of Will and Buddyfight. Each card game has its own separate rules.

You can view how to play some of our card games on our YouTube. We also hold Learn to Play Sessions and tournaments in which you can keep up to date on our Facebook Page.

 

Do you have a showroom where I can see all your products personally?
We do not currently have a showroom but you can view all our products on our online store. If you would like to see our products in person, please visit our retail store at Level 1, 311 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC.

 

I can’t find a product on your online shop. Where can I find this item?
If you can’t find a specific product on our website, it means that we are most likely out of stock online and are awaiting for the next shipment! You may also contact us here for further information.
